Bayli Horman is a Belle Fourche native, who joined our firm in November of 2023, and works in our Belle Fourche South Dakota office as a Paralegal.

 Known for her strong work ethic, integrity, and genuine passion for helping others, Bayli approaches every matter with care and dedication. She believes that trust is built through consistent communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing what is right. These values have become the foundation of both her professional relationships and her approach to client service. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for clients while helping the attorneys at Melling and Roseland Law provide effective, high-quality legal representation.

Outside of the office, Bayli enjoys spending time with her husband, Trey, and their two young sons, Finley and Fletcher. As an active sports mom, she can often be found cheering on Finley at practices, games, and tournaments, embracing every opportunity to support his passion for athletics. At home, she treasures the time she spends with Fletcher, enjoying each new milestone and the excitement that comes with watching him grow.
